Changed so the enhanced effects granted while under the Bestial Rage state to also be activated when using the skill alone. Separated Prime: Berserk Form and Bestial Rage states so that Beast Form can be maintained even if Prime: Berserk Form is deactivated.
   • Bugfix Corrected the skill description to properly reflect the damage applied when using the skill.
