[Buff] (Main, Succession) Added the Super Armor effect when using the skill. Changed the Knockdown on hits debuff to PvE only. Learning the Core version of the skill will grant the Knockdown on hits debuff in PvP. Changed to gain the Movement Speed and Critical Hit Rate increase buffs from Martial Spirit skills.

[Bugfix] Fixed the issue where the CC skill effects of the Spiral Torpedo were only applied to the first hit only and therefore could not apply CC skill effects on a target that inflicted hit during the skill motion. (However, CC skills do not stack on a single target)
